  • This journey is for the woman who knows in her gut she's meant for more. You don’t have to be "ready", you just have to be willing to say YES to yourself, and I’ll guide you from there.

  • The calls are 60min (except the first introduction one for 90min where we map out your health foundation) and happens every other week for 3 months. The practices and prompts created for integration between the calls is around 1-2h, so you got plenty of time to inhale the wisdom.

  • Yes, beautiful. You get private Telegram access to me for ongoing support, questions, check-ins and high-vibe transmissions during our time together.
